My daughter was nervous about going to this shop by herself to have a safety inspection because she was afraid she might be taken advantage of if she was not accompanied by a male. Her vehicle failed the safety inspection, and the owner attempted to convince her that she needed $1,600 worth of repairs in order to pass the inspection. My daughter went to another shop for a second opinion, and her vehicle passed the inspection. The second shop even showed her how A2Z Automotive had been dishonest about the safety inspection and had attempted to convince her that she needed repairs that were not necessary. This matter will be reported to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, as well as the Missouri Attorney General's Office of Consumer Protection.

Bought a truck from this place, the people had pin point eyes, but I liked the truck at first, than the truck had went down hill quick. 40 mins after driving off lot, dashboard went out. The truck had a rusty spot with the brakes that makes impossible to fix the brakes fully without fully replacing brakes. They passed the inspection just to pass it, the windshield was cracked and should have failed, but they just sign it off.
